Midtown Tunnel:
Enter the Queens Midtown Tunnel (pay toll). Upon exiting the tunnel bear right to 37th Street (Uptown sign). Turn left on 37th Street and follow across town to Madison Avenue. Turn right on Madison Avenue and follow 4 blocks to 41st Street, The Dylan Hotel is on the right.

Long Island Expressway:
Follow the LIE West to the Queens Midtown Tunnel. Enter the Queens Midtown Tunnel (pay toll). Upon exiting the tunnel bear right to 37th Street (Uptown sign). Turn left on 37th Street and follow across town to Madison Avenue. Turn right on Madison Avenue and follow 4 blocks to 41st Street, The Dylan Hotel is on the right.

From New England:
Follow Interstate 95 South to the Triboro Bridge. Exit onto the Triboro Bridge (pay toll). Bear to the left “Manhattan / FDR South”. Take the FDR South. Exit onto 49th Street. Follow 49th Street to 5th Avenue. Turn left onto 5th Avenue and follow to 41st Street. Turn left onto 41st street and follow across, The Dylan Hotel will be located between Madison and Park Avenue, on the right hand side.

Westchester:
Take the Saw Mill River Parkway South. Follow the signs to the Henry Hudson Parkway South. Follow the Henry Hudson Parkway South to 50th Street (Manhattan). Exit onto 50th Street and follow across town to 5th Avenue. Turn right on 5th Avenue and follow to 41st Street. Turn left onto 41st street and follow across, The Dylan Hotel will be located between Madison and Park Avenue, on the right hand side.

JFK Airport:
Start out going Northwest on Main Street toward Harry Van Arsdale Jr. Avenue/ Jewel Avenue. Turn Left onto Harry Van Arsdale Jr. Avenue/ Jewel Avenue. Turn right onto 136th Street. Merge onto Van Wyck Expressway / I-678 N toward Whitestone Bridge. Merge onto I-495 W via exit 12B toward the Queens Midtown Tunnel (pay toll). Keep right at the fork in the ramp. Turn left on 37th Street and follow across town to Madison Avenue. Turn right on Madison Avenue and follow 4 blocks to 41st Street, The Dylan Hotel is on the right.

La Guardia:

Take the exit toward Lincoln Tunnel/ New York City. Merge onto NJ-495 E (pay toll). Merge onto Lincoln Tunnel / I- 495 E.
